By agreeing to take part in this collaborative project, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:

Colombiage deserves the right to decline an image where it considers its content to be inappropriate for inclusion in the collage. This applies to any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libellous, invasive of another’s privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable.

Where an image is declined, you will be given the option to resubmit another image of a suitable nature or to be reimbursed.

You are responsible for providing us with an image for which you have complete ownership of and does not infringe any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights of any party;

By submitting an image, you are granting us the right to reuse you image on any online or print material we chose to promote the collage.

The submitted image must not contain any software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, damage, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment.

Colombiage deserves the right to decide where your image goes in the collage. We will not be able to change its position on request once it has been decided where it goes.

Prices are set according to country where you are located. So if you are a Colombian living in the UK you will be paying the UK set price. If you are a Colombian, living in Colombia you will be paying the Colombian set price.
Prices are as follows:
- UK – £5 per image
- Europe – 5 euros per image
- USA – $5 per image
- Colombia – 10,000 pesos colombianos, payable in US dollars i.e. $5 per image
